Plastic Water Bottle Pollution

Plastic Water Bottle Pollution

Love the water not the plastic

7.7 billion single-use plastic water bottles are thrown away around the world each year which end up in landfill sites. The damage to the environment and future sustainability is very worrying. Many of the well-known paradise islands are now awash with plastic bottle pollution.

Join in and do your bit and help reduce the need for non-recyclable plastic bottled water. If your household consumes and throws away 50 plastic water bottles per week, that’s 2600 plastic water bottles per year which you could stop consuming by switching to a plumbed-in water cooler dispenser. Recyclable bottles are widely available which you now use to refill your bottle with fresh, clean tasting filtered water every time.

This picture was taken in Thilafushi which locals call garbage island. A once vibrant flowing river is now a mass of plastic water bottle waste.

Help save the planet from used plastic water bottles

Order your plumbed-in water cooler dispenser and together let’s help save the planet from single-use plastic water bottle pollution and promote future sustainability.
